In our Web Portal I am seeing a red square with the number 2 in it even though there are no pending actions displaying. There are also no pending requests in the PersonWantsOrg table, I am having an issue finding the source of this number. Could someone suggest another location where I could look to see why this number is being displayed? Image is attached. Thank You
