Web designer - Department search with a tree

Hi all,

I created a page in the web app to search for a departement and display this in a greid (see below)

It's working well.

Now I would like to display this search in a tree (see below)

After many hours of investigation and analysis of the VI_edit_FK_Generic component I still don't undertand how does it work

=> Can someone help me on this subject ?

=> How can I display the departement in a tree?

=> Is there some wizard or sample I could reuse ?
