Hi,
we want to use the attestation feature for the annual entitlement review process. As far as I know I could use the mail template in the attestation approval workflow to inform the responsible person that he/she has something to do. But then the person will get several (perhaps hundreds) of e-mails (for every attestation case one email), because he is the line manager for many employees or his people have many applications/entitlements ... this behavior will not be accepted by the business.
Is there any standard functionality that if someone has one (or more) open attestation cases, he will get only one general information e-mail? The same information e-mail is required if one or more attestation cases are overdue or 10 days before.
Or is a special development necessary? and how could this looks like ?
