Job Server Log setting change

Hi All,

         As per Job Server Configuration, Log Severity change doesn't required Job Server service restart.  I have initially configured Log Severity to 'Warning'.  So far all warning messages are captured into log file. Now i went to Job Server configuration and changed Log Severity to 'Info'.  And not restarted Job Service Service.

After restarting the service, now Job Server recording all Info messages.

My question is :  Is Job Service Service restart required?
